Data erasure request

We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
You can send a fresh data erasure request by sending us an email to support@abhishgames.com from the registered email address, with the subject line "Data erasure request".
If you have already submitted a data erasure request to support@abhishgames.com, there is no further action needed from your end.
We understand that you would like your data to be deleted from our platform. Please be assured that your request has been accepted and the deletion request is initiated. We will delete all your identifiable data within 45 days. Please note that,
1. If you have created an account only using email and password, please do not log in to our portal in the next 45 days.
2. If you try to log in to our system using any social login method (Google/Facebook/etc) in the next 45 days, any ongoing deletion request will stand canceled. You might have to send us a deletion request again.
3. After 45 days, if you try to login via the social login method within our app/website, a new account will be created.

Please note that we will delete ONLY the interactions you had with our site/app. You might need to send data erasure requests to all the third parties separately.
Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons, including:
- Transactional or billing data (retained for up to 90 days)
- Anonymous or aggregated usage statistics (non-identifiable)
- Customer support communications (retained for up to 30 days after deletion)
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently erased from our servers:
- Profile information (name, email, username, etc.)
- In-app activity and preferences
- Uploaded content (photos, posts, etc.)
- Linked device or usage data
- Transaction history (if applicable, except where retention is required)
